My stay at the hotel was a wonderful experience overall. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with good amenities, and the bed was comfy. However, there was an issue with smoking in the room that affected my stay. The service from all staff members was super friendly and helpful, making my time there very pleasant. The location of the hotel was impressive, offering nice furnishings and a fold-out bed prepared by housekeeping in the evening. The dining experience was good overall, but there were some delays. The facilities at the hotel were excellent, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
The hotel is centrally located in the heart of the financial district, making it convenient for shopping and dining. The rooms had some cosmetic maintenance issues and a damp odor that needed attention. The dining experience offered broader options, enhancing the stay. The location is fabulous and brings guests back despite the high valet parking fee.
The hotel room was spacious and comfortable, offering a king-size bed, a sofa bed, 1.5 bathrooms, and various amenities like free breakfast, a kitchen area, a living room area, jacuzzi, and a shower. It provided plenty of space making it a cozy stay. However, the service was a bit simple and could be improved, but the location boasted unbelievable views despite occasional noise disturbances. Dining was top-notch, with delicious options, and the facilities were well-equipped for a pleasant stay.
